About the Post

The Supreme Court of India has released the notification for recruitment to the post of Junior Court Assistant (JCA). A total of 250 tentative vacancies are available for eligible candidates. The post is classified as Group B, Non-Gazetted and is placed at Pay Level 6. Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university, knowledge of computer operation and a minimum English typing speed of 35 words per minute. The selection process includes an objective test, typing speed test, descriptive written test and interview. The online application process will start on 07 October 2026 and the last date to apply is 28 October 2026. The objective test is tentatively scheduled for 20 November 2026.
